Ambleside on the Lake offers luxury Edwardian, old worlde style accommodation. We are located on the quiet side of Lake Daylesford. A continental breakfast is included daily, with a cooked breakfast totally optional (prices apply and payable directly at the B&B). Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the lake and for those wishing to partake in the cooked breakfast, there is an extensive a-la-carte menu to choose from. Special diets can be catered for if we are given sufficient notice.

- Walking distance to town, and the beautiful lake is right out front.
Glad you enjoyed your stay at Vue Private Villa. It's a great place for winter with the gas-log fireplace. Hope you can make it back again.

- No access to garden.
Hi Mark - thanks for the review - glad you enjoyed the cooking! Just to let you know, we don't offer access to the garden mainly because we have 2 dogs. We also keep our back gate locked as a security measure. We've actually had people (members of the public, not guests) use it as a thoroughfare (and we'd like to keep our dogs!). Access to the lake is just across the road via the pathway.
