- location, location, location!
- the "green card" option - they don't even clean your room if you choose it!
- I expected more for the number of stars the hotel has and it felt like a up market hostel

- warm, clean and comfortable: quiet and esy to get to - if trains working
- there was clearly a scheduled closure on, advertised by tube network prior to me booking, but not stated on website: i would have choosen elsewhere

- Large comfortable Bed, big HD TV good range of channels and large walk-in shower
- breakfast set-up a bit too informal and awkward eg couches and low tables, limited breakfast menu
- hard to find as it is so new, not on GPS and the surrounding roads are tricky if not familiar

- Next to Excel conference centre. No noise. Blinds completely blocked the light. Clean.
- Breakfast not included. Full English didn't seem to be an option.
- If you are going to London Excel its worth it.
