Thank you - the exterior is typical of a country motel built in the mid 1970's, we aim to fix that, however the interior of the rooms are our highest priority - after all this is where our guests reside and sleep. We spend $ 30,000 each year refurbishing our property, and have so for the last 7 years - we will get there, and then, start all over again. Thanks - Ian

Thank you for your feedback. Wotif always asks that guests bring their paperwork, and photo ID for checkin, in case of technological breakdown - which is what happened in this case. Our computer crashed at the very same time your booking came through, thus we missed the booking. In the extreme case that we did not have a room for you, we would have found another room in Cowra, and paid the difference in tarrif. The door knob was fixed the following day.

Thank you for your feedback - we are changing to a new brand of coffee, which is granulated. The International Roast has stood the test of time, however we now consider the time is ripe for a change. Our motels rooms are usually quiet, due to new doors being put on all rooms, along with new noise proof glass in the windows. Ian
