Adelphi Motel offers affordable comfort and is only a short 5 minute walk to the lake or CBD with it's great selection of pubs and restaurants in one convenient area. We offer 10 units, most with full kitchen facilities. All rooms have their own shower toilet and linen supplied. 5 Sky channels (2 sports ), wireless internet access, electric blankets, heaters and telephones available in each unit. You can park outside your unit. We also have parking for the larger vehicles if required. There is also a small children's playpark in full view of the units.

- stuffed up my booking. then didnt give me the room I booked
Andrew...I'm not sure how we stuffed up your booking. You booked a 2 bedroom unit and we gave you a two bedroom unit. I think you must have us confused with another motel. I remember you arriving earlier than the 11pm I expected, you were driving a campervan or large van. Sorry if you were not happy with the unit.
