- Location was great for access to everywhere we needed to go
- No real lounge area in interconnecting rooms - 2nd rooms was small
- Suprisingly quiet for a main road location

- Locality and easy driving to where I had to get to.(Remuera)
- Noise from other guests-possibly long term stayers.Mainly early in morning 5 oclock?
- Access was great--across road from Alexander Park troting track
