Tucked away in the mountains and green valleys of the Tweed are many attractions which will delight the most discerning traveller. Byron Bay less than 45 minutes drive, Gold Coast 35 minutes. The Tweed Coast with numerous beaches is less than 30 minutes away. The Tweed River is nearby. There is close access to Mt Warning - an adventurous summit climb - and a prebooked massage at the B and B by a qualified therapist will assist in alleviatng the sore muscles! Other close by National Parks have good walking tracks, waterfalls and lookouts. Photography courses by leading northern rivers photographers available (or personal portraits to commemorate anniversaries). Local weekend markets have unique produce and craft. Winter whale watching tours leave from nearby Tweed Heads.
