- The location, at the end of Hastings Street, but didn't feel you were in the hustle and bustle of Noosa yet every thing was at your doorstep.
- Although undercover secure parking was available - the space and arrangement of parks was very tight and required percision for parking!
- Great outlook to woods area from verandah, out the back you are at Noosa River and across the street to Noosa Beach.
