Every apartment enjoys stunning ocean views of the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean with large living areas, a private balcony, two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 singles - and two marble-tiled bathrooms, majority with a spa. - Shops and restaurants a car trip away, although it does have a restaurant on the premises
- Indoor heated pool and direct access to Palm Beach

- Fantastic Views and indoor pool/spa sauna
- The staff members are incompetent, appliances not working and cleanliness.
- The management handle the business haphazardly to the point where the tone in messages they post (on a daily basis) around the building are offensive.
