Clearbrook is a self contained motel complex located 100 metres to the town centre with a tranquil garden setting looking out across a crystal clear, trout spawning Bullock Creek. It is close enough to walk to the shops but far enough away from the noise of the town. The motel comprises spacious studio, one and two bedroom family units. Two separate three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse units are located adjacent to the apartment complex.

Getting There From Wanaka Airport/Warbirds Museum drive along State Highway 84 and pass the Puzzling World, then turn left to Brownston Street. Another left turn to Helwick Street, and the entrance to the complex is not far from the corner of Helwick and Upton Street

Things To Do Winter: Close to Cardrona Alpine Resort, Treble Cone and Snow Park.
