As prevention is far better than cure, we have recently implemented a 5 star Hygiene Program which is independently audited, to provide and reassure our guest we have set a new standard of caring for our guests and to assure you every effort has been made to provide a room which has been hygienically cleaned with steam instead of harsh chemicals, sanitised and beds are insect free. With these specific procedures, every attempt is made to provide our room indoor environment is bacteria and virus free upon your arrival, all for the safety and comfort of you, our guests.

We are a contemporary motel opened in October 2006. We take great pride in the presentation, cleanliness and comfort of our units.

We are located only 2 minutes drive to central Kaikoura, making us a suitable base for your activities around Kaikoura.

There are 15 luxury super king studios, 2 triple studios, a Family Unit and 2 cosy/budget studios to choose from. A room to suit most budgets.

Aspen Court Motel Kaikoura mainly caters for corporates, couples, small families plus anyone else who is after an affordable quality bed for the night.

The central guest lounge/foyer opens into the courtyard and has a private BBQ area at the back section. Most units open up to balcony or courtyard with varying views of the Kaikoura Ranges. Upstairs units have stair access only.

All rooms are non-smoking.

A variety of Breakfasts are available.(additional costs)

All rooms have super comfy super king size beds and some have the ability to twin share, split into 2 singles

Reception is open daily from 7.30am till 9pm (Summer) 7.30am till 8.30pm (Winter). If you expect to arrive after hours please make contact on day of arriving to get key details and directions to find your room. If you require to check out prior to 7.30am please settle account the night before departure. 25 December is the only day of the year where there is no housekeeping services available

Getting There	We are located along SH1 (aka Beach Road within the town limits). Coming from the North (Picton/Blenheim) the property is on your left hand side with a large oval purple Aspen Court Sign. Coming from the South (Christchurch/Hamner Springs) stay on SH1 and go past the turn off in to the central town. Keep going along that road (Beach Road) as though you were going to Picton for a couple of minutes. We are on the right hand side of the road just past Robbies Bar & Bistro and the New World Supermarket.
