The Rosewood Guesthouse is a very special place, Rated 4.5 star by Australian standards we are proud of our independent rating.

Located just a 1 minute drive or 7-10 minute walk of 700 metres to the main street attractions and restaurants of Margaret River...It is best suited for couples and friends, leave the car. walk 700 metres to the main street and enjoy the local wines over dinner!

We are happy to report that we have not been impacted in any way by recent fire events.

Take a tour in our elegant 1956 Silver Cloud Rose Royce "Rose" available for charter.

Our aim is to provide our guests with excellent service, delicious breakfasts and beautifully appointed rooms with fabulous beds. Assisting with information about this excellent region which will suit individual tastes, so that you make the most of your opportunity to see this fabulous area

Walking distance to a great choice of restaurants, shops and galleries. Rosewood is within a 5 minute drive of the famous Leeuwin and Voyager Estates, and even closer to Cape Mentelle. The unspoilt beaches are a 6 minute drive from Rosewood.

As a base to explore from Busselton to Augusta ROSEWOOD GUESTHOUSE is an excellent choice. We recommend that you allow at least 3 nights to explore some of the attractions of the area!

Getting There	We are located at 54 Wallcliffe Rd, which intersects with Bussell Hwy, and also Caves Rd. We are 0.7 km west of Bussell Hwy, approx 5kms east of Caves Rd. From the Margaret River Visitor centre we are a very short drive. Margaret River is located approx. 31/2 hours drive south from Perth on excellent roads.
Parking	Car parking is provided in our spacious off street parking area. There are no charges for parking.
