Floyd's Brasserie

Floyd's Brasserie brings a new level of international cuisine to Phuket island, marking Burasari Resort as a culinary destination for food lovers. If you've seen world famous celebrity chef Keith Floyd cook on one of his 20 popular worldwide TV series, or read one of his 25 best-selling cookbooks, you'll certainly want to sample the real thing at Floyd's Brasserie - the first and only Floyds restaurant in Asia, with a menu personally created by Floyd himself.

Considered the pioneer of travel cookery shows, Floyd's programs and books combine cookery and travel, reflecting his life spent travelling the world in pursuit of his passion for food and entertaining.Floyd's love of Thailand, Thai people, and his affection for Burasari led him to choose this special place as the location for his only Asian restaurant.

In a effort to continuously improve our services, facilities and guest experience while staying at Burasari Resort, we will implement it’s Premier and Elite Thai room enhancement program from 20th April 2013 till 15th October 2013. During this time 90 rooms out of the resorts 186 rooms inventory will be renovated and unavailable. The proposed renovation will take place in our Dara Wing (old wing) which currently consists of Premier, Elite and Honeymoon Rooms.

Due to the layout structure of our Dara Wing (old wing) and Chandra Wing (new wing) we are in a comfortable position to close down our Dara Wing completely and commence the renovation work without disturbances to the guest’s using the Chandra Wing which will be fully operational, see also layout plan of Burasari Resort Phuket below.
