Tranquil Shores Holiday Apartments is an attractive complex, set in tropical gardens surrounding a delightful solar-heated pool, spa and gas barbecue. All apartments are spacious and well-appointed, most with private balconies overlooking the Pumicestone Passage or the pool area. They are all two-bedroom, fully self-contained, most with an ensuite bathroom, others with a bath/shower. Underground security parking is available for your vehicle. The Managers also live on site, thus guaranteeing you a relaxing and hassle-free stay. With only 50 metres to safe swimming at Bulcock Beach, a children's playground and good fishing, the apartments are ideally located for a family holiday. The boardwalk along Bulcock Beach is a popular venue for visitors to the area, with picnic facilities and free electric barbecues available for public use. (Beautiful sunsets over the Glasshouse Mountains are also provided free of charge. Feeding the pelicans is an added bonus! Just a 100 metre stroll will take you to shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, banks, post office, library, medical centre, chemists, hotel/bottle shop and a cinema complex in the heart of the main Caloundra shopping centre. Courtesy buses from local Clubs service the area, enabling you and your family to enjoy a night out without taking your car. The Bus Interchange is also situated 50 metres from the complex and has connections to all areas of the Sunshine Coast, departing every half hour. Shuttle buses service Brisbane Airport on an hourly basis. Only 1 hour's drive from Brisbane, turn off the Bruce Highway and follow the main road into Caloundra; keep on the main street (Bulcock Street), turn right at the second roundabout into Minchinton Street and look for us on the left hand side going down towards the beach. The Bus interchange is directly behind Tranquil Shores Holiday Apartments - turn to the right after leaving the interchange and then turn left into Minchinton Street. |
