From Sunshine Coast Airport: It is about a 15 minute ride by Taxi or bus form the Sunshine Coast Airport to Surfcomber on the Beach. From Brisbane Airport: A one hour ten minute drive north along Bruce Highway & Sunshine Highway by car to Surfcomber. Bus Transfers can be pre-arranged. |

Maroochydore is the geographic centre of the Sunshine Coast, offering a blend of surf beaches and the calm waters of the Maroochy River whose southern bank forms a vitually unbroken stretch of parkland and picnic spots. It is ideal for boating, fishing and aquatic pastimes. Use Surfcomber as your central base to visit the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, themed attractions such as Aussie World, The Ginger factory, Underwater World or get up close to a crocodile at Australia Zoo. |
