The Falcondale is a Victorian mansion sitting in 14 acres of glorious gardens that have been laid down over the centuries and contain many rare varieties of exotic native trees and shrubs.

While certain luxuries have been added over the years the mansion still today boasts a homely atmosphere and prides itself on a warm welcome.

Sit in the lounge in front of a roaring log fire in winter, or have an ice cold drink on the terrace in the summer. Admire the view from the conservatory spectacular in all seasons.

Dine in splendour with white linen and warm comfortable surroundings. Mike Green, the head chef, has been awarded 2AA Rosettes for the 4th year running and is very keen to use locally sourced ingredients whenever in season. To complete your dining experience a comprehensive wine list has been selected that covers the most traditional wine regions as well as a variety of new world wines.

All 19 bedrooms have been individually decorated to a high standard. Each has its own personality and is designed with your comfort in mind, using rich colour schemes. All are en-suite with Egyptian cotton bed linen, thickest fluffiest warm towels and bathrobes - luxury range of toiletries and guest amenities.

Some have Juliet balconies, four poster beds, super king size beds, picture windows, window seats.

Teh location lends itself as an ideal base for exploring the rugged mountains, moorlands and coastal paths. Only 12 miles from ABeraeron with its small fishing port, neighbouring New Quay with its beautiful sandy beaches and 1 mile from Lampeter and its University.

Getting There	From the South (M4) take the A485 from carmarthen. Turn left at the T junction, take first exit at mini roundabout, you will see Murco petrol station with the signpost for the hotel on the right hand side. On the A482 from Aberaeron take a left hand turn 2 miles from Lampeter. Both hotel drive are approx. 1 mile long.
