Located just two hours from Sydney our Self Contained Luxury Cottages offer comfort and scenic views second to none. The award winning wines are made from the finest quality estate grown fruit and are available for tasting and sales at our Cellar Door. Open log fires, relaxing verandahs, swimming pool, gymnasium & tennis court are all yours to enjoy when you stay at Tranquil Vale. |

Luxury self-contained cottage with well-equipped kitchen, lounge TV,CD and DVD. Log fire, verandahs, beautiful views over vineyard to hills. Full use of all facilities: pool,gym,tennis court,BBQ. Breakfast provisions first morning. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $50.00. Extra children $50.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

From Sydney take the F3 Sydney to Newcastle Freeway, from Freeway follow signs to Maitland travelling along the New England Highway, stay on this road passed Maitland for another 12km to the village of Lochinvar. At the end of Lochinvar take the right hand turn to Windermere and Luskintyre and follow the signs to Tranquil Vale. From Pokolbin, travel to the end of Lovedale Road, turn right into the New England Highway, then left inside the 60km zone of Lochinvar. Follow the signs.There are are signs from the New England Highway at Lochinvar to Tranquil Vale. |

Explore Hunter Valley Wine Country with its many and varied cellar door outlets - not just selling wine but works of art, local produce, hand made chocolates and fabulous cheeses. Or see the vineyards from the air by hot air ballooning or parachuting. Relax on your cottage veranda taking in the view or unwind horse riding, playing golf or tennis and enjoying the valleys many award winning restaurants. Go a little further to historic Morpeth with it's antiques, art gallery and boutiques. Drive into the world heritage Barrington Tops and immerse yourself in listed forests and countryside. Or go to Nelson Bay for whale and dolphin watching or just resting by the beach. |
