Faversham House is a colonial two storey house with wide verandahs and views to Mount Brown and is one of the earliest inland mansion houses dating from 1849 with a wealth of historical character.

Set in 5 acres of garden and vineyards, an child free zone for adults to appreciate peace and quiet, Faversham House is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Getting There Faversham House is in the township of York, just an hour's drive from Perth.
After entering York's Avon Terrace (main street), continue until you see IGA supermarket on your right and York Hotel on your left at crossroads. Turn left here (Macartney Street), over the railway line and first right (Grey Street). Turn right into Pool Street (Uniting Church on corner) and the driveway to Faversham House is marked on your left.
Parking Off street unrestricted guest car parking available.
Things To Do Faversham House is the perfect venue for a couple of days of serenity and relaxation, or as a home base to visit the many delights of the Heartlands region of WA, including the York motor museum, New Norcia township, Jah Roc furniture etc. We can book a jump with Skydive Express for you or meals at one of many local restaurants.
