Quest on Dorcas is located just off St Kilda Road's business precinct, just 1.5kms from Melbourne's CBD. We opened in March 2004 in a brand new multi-story complex. We are in close proximity to many major attractions including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Crown Casino, National Gallery, Melbourne Exhibition Centre and the MCG. You can catch a tram straight to South Yarra's stylish Toorak Road and Chapel Street or St Kilda's trendy Fitzroy and Acland Streets. The non-smoking apartments are 1 and 2 bedroom, all with balconies, and some with fantastic views. There is a fully equipped gymnasium on-site. All of our quiet apartments feature 2 televisions, DVD player, stereo, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, iron & board, direct dial phones with voicemail, Broadband Internet and FOXTEL. Housekeeping is six days per week (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Undercover car parking is available at a charge of $12.00 per night, payable direct to property upon arrival. If you require a rollaway bed please contact reception to make these arrangements as they are subject to availability. Reception Hours are 7am-11pm. Please contact reception in advance if arriving after hours. Check in time is 2.00pm, please note early arrivals cannot be guaranteed and a small fee will apply for guests who do wish to check in earlier than 2.00pm. A $300.00 pre-auth on a valid credit card is required on check-in as a guarantee for the room. BOOKINGS MADE FOR NYE REQUIRE $1000 BOND IN CASH/CREDIT CARD. Please note, parties, large gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited at this property. A breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of a booking without refund. Any disturbance of peace, disruption and/or damages caused to the property and premises will result in total confiscation of the bond.
