The Boulevard On Beaumont features 32 spacious studio and two-bedroom suites all with modern, stylish and elegant furnishings. All suites are suitable for long term, weekly, weekend or overnight accommodation.

Studio suites are suitable for single, double or twin-share accommodation and feature a combined lounge / dining / bedroom, with your choice of a king-size bed or two king-size single beds. Studio spa suites also feature a two-person corner spa.

Two-bedroom suites are suitable for four people and feature a combined lounge / dining area, 2 bathrooms and two separate bedrooms with your choice of two king-size beds, one king-size bed and two king single beds or four king-size single beds. Two-bedroom spa suites also feature a two-person corner spa.

All suites feature a private balcony, individually-controlled reverse-cycle air conditioning, mini bar, colour television with video recorder and Foxtel, CD player and radio, direct dial telephone with message bank, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and clothes dryer and tea & coffee making facilities

Getting There	By Car - Two hours north of Sydney on the Pacific Highway. Take the Wallsend exit and follow signage into Newcastle. By Train - Three hours from Sydney Central Station - depart at Hamilton Station and walk straight up Beaumont Street to the hotel. By Plane - 25 mintues from Newcastle Airport at Williamtown. Taxi and hire car transfers available from the airport for approximately $55.00.
Parking	Undercover Security parking is subject to availability. Security parking is $25.00 per night or $100.00 per week. It is a requirement of the Hotel that parking MUST be requested in the Guest Comments section when making a reservation and is still subject to availability - PLEASE NOTE: PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED. Plenty of safe off street parking is available surrounding the hotel.
