There is a separate airconditioned guest lounge for your comfort and convenience. Eden Lodge is only 110 klms from Brisbane. Simply take the main Gympie highway and turn off at the second Nambour exit (7 km. after The Big Pineapple exit). This road will take you directly to Mapleton where it bends south towards Montville/Maleny. Stay on this road for a kilometer past the Mapleton tavern and you will see Eden Lodge on your left. |

Great bushwalking,trail bike riding in the Mapleton forest. Spectacular scenery and birdlife in the Mapleton Falls And Kondalilla Falls National Parks. Sailing on Baroon Pocket dam. Shop till you drop in Montvilles craft shops and art galleries. Centrally located on the Blackall Range Tourist Drive. Don't miss the Kennilworth cheese factory (now under the direction of the man who made King Island cheese world famous). Picnic in the beautiful Mary River valley. Marvel at the rugged Connondale Ranges. Then up again to explore Maleny. One day just isn't enough. Dine in style in one of our many world class restautants or "cheap and cheerful" at the Mapleton Tavern - a pleasant 1 km. stroll. Relax in front of the fire in our lounge before bed. In the morning - a breakfast to remember on our verandah with a view to the ocean. This will be the highlight of your stay. |
