Located close to the cosmopolitan restaurant strip of Macrossan Street , Four Mile Beach & the Marina Mirage it offers the perfect tropical location for couples that want to relax & unwind UNIQUE FEATURES: Ground floor apartments have direct access to heated swimming pool from private timber pool decks 3 ground floor apartments have large private landscaped courtyards incorporating Jacuzzi spa pools Some apartments with heated Jacuzzi's on spacious balconies Generous heated lagoon style pool and 8 person spa BBQ entertainment area All apartments are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans Vitrified tiled floors throughout apartments European Blanco kitchen appliances Granite bench tops to kitchen and vanities Kitchenette in studio apartments Elevator servicing all floors and basement car park Secured basement car parking On-site professional management Apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. With pristine wilderness, total tranquillity, superb golf courses and a wealth of activities including the magnificent underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef, this is a magnetic destination for travellers of all ages and all walks of life. Port Douglas is just an hour's drive from Cairns and is the gateway to the area. A winning combination of a cosmopolitan township and a friendly village, it has world class resorts and shopping, award winning restaurants and superb galleries and craft stores. Since marine tourism was first pioneered in the 1970's, Port Douglas has been a popular departure point for day and extended trips to the Great Barrier Reef. Today, it is also the starting point for 4WD safari tours to the Daintree and Cape Tribulation National Parks and beautiful, serene Mossman Gorge. All tours can be either pre-booked prior to arrival, once at The Meridian, the staff will be able to assist you with the many options that you have to select from. Port Douglas sits on an isthmus beside the sparkling waters of Dickson Inlet and the rolling waves of the Coral Sea. Overlooking 'Port', as everyone calls it, is Flagstaff Hill, which is the best place to capture the striking views of the town and its superb Four Mile Beach. |
