The hotel has 20 elegantly furnished and carpeted rooms with private bath or shower/w.c. , safety box , air conditioned , tv sat , fridge-bar, telephone and air-dryer ; a private landing stage for gondolas and motorboats ,a beautifull public room overlooking the romantic canal and “La Fenice”opera house. From the Airport:Via private taxi boat, directly to the hotel, time 25-30 minutes Via shuttle boat "Alilaguna" to Piazza S.Marco via Murano Island and Lido di Venezia.Via taxi cab to Piazzale Roma.Via orange bus n°5 to Piazzale Roma (time 30/40 minutes).Via blue bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma (time 30/40 minutes). From Piazzale Roma:Via private taxi boat, directly to the hotel.Via public boat lines n°1 or 2 to Calle Valaresso/S.Marco. From Tronchetto Parking Island:Via private taxi boat, directly to the hotel.Via public boat lines n°2 to Calle Valaresso/S.Marco From St. Lucia Railway Station:Via private taxi boat, directly to the hotel (cost for 2-4 persons with luggage approx.€ 70,00 time 20 minutes).Via public boat lines n°1 or 2 to CalleValaresso/S.Marco.
