A hidden treasure, set amongst 5 peaceful acres of bushland lies our warm and friendly family home, only minutes from the sea, local golf courses and shops. Have breakfast or dinner in our upstairs lounge at treetop level. We have three rooms with own bathrooms. We are located in SHEARWATER which is 20MINS EAST of DEVONPORT on the B74 and only 20 minutes from the ferries to mainland Australia and 15 minutes to local airports.PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ARTHUR ST DEVONPORT,there is limited public transport to this area and a taxi will cost you about $50.00.so you really need your own transport. We have been in business for 10 years, and included in the cost is a substantial continental breakfast. We are close to the Narawntapu National Park (35mins) Launceston (55mins)Cradle Mountain (90mins). For those of you coming to us from the day sailing on the ferry, we do suggest that you get something to eat in the Devonport area as the food outlets out here close at 7.45 |

Family ensuite 2 Bedrooms both with queensize beds-exclusive bathroom outside accesss to verandahs Upstairs is a community lounge with T.V etc complimentary continental breakfast at tree top level in the morning,if single bed is used a $20.00fee applies Rates are for 4 people. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

We are 15 minutes to the EAST of the Devonport airport at SHEARWATER please set your[ G.P.S for PORT SORELL] following the signs for Port Sorell and 20 minutes from the mainland ferries. Also following the signs for Port Sorell we are 50 minutes to the west of Launceston airport along the Bass highway. Turning right at the sign for Port Sorell,15 mins later will bring you to a roundabout, turn left there onto Alexander Street,about the forth street along turn left into Arthur Street sign at the end of the road we are located on the right at the top of the hill Number 30.sign on the wall |
