FUN'N'SUN is a 3.5 STAR motel with quiet off road units in west Ballina. All 17 rooms are air conditioned with Queen Beds and Austar as standard. Several of the units are 2 bedroom family units with kichenettes and lounge areas. All the units face out via patio doors onto a large flat grassy area, which also has a large saltwater pool and BBQ area. In all, the motel is set on 2 acres, so not only is there enough room to park your cars (undercover) next to your units but there is enough space to park larger vehicles such as trailers, boats etc. We also serve breakfasts and a varied range of evening meals to your units, as well as providing a guest laundry. We are within walking distance to McDonalds, a Seafood Shop, Tavern and small shopping centre. |

All units are air conditioned and ground floor situated.They all look out via patio doors to a spacious grassy area which has a saltwater pool and BBQ.Theres ample undercover parking plus extra spaces to park larger vehicles such as boats and trailers. Rates are for 4 people. Extra adults $10.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. We are located in WEST BALLINA ( For sat-navs....type in "sunset avenue",20m away )If you are traveling north from Sydney we are 500m further on from the "Big Prawn",on the same side of the road "you can not miss it"!!!. If you are heading south from Brisbane we are one of the last motels you pass before leaving Ballina,just up from McDonalds and opposite the BP service station. |

Ballina is known for good fishing and beautiful beaches and river. We are only a short drive to many tourist attractions such as Byron Bay (25 minutes), Macadamia Castle, Crystal Castle and Thursday Plantation. We also have plenty of good restaurants and clubs. |
