Peppers Moonah Links Resort is the ultimate destination for golf enthusiasts and perfect for visitors looking for stylish accommodation from which to explore the delights of the Mornington Peninsula region.

Located just outside Rye and in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, the resort is one of Australia's finest golf resorts and was home to the 2005 Australian Open. The resort has been designed to harmonise with the land which has been moulded from rolling sand dunes promoting a calming atmosphere perfect for a weekend escape.

The resort offers stylish accommodation in deluxe rooms and open suites, all with balconies overlooking the stunning golf course or putting green. Pebbles Restaurant offers a modern Australian menu with a focus on the freshest Mornington Peninsula produce. Accommodating up to 110 guests, you can enjoy a meal on either the sunny terrace or in the dining room with the fire blazing in winter. Pebbles Restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a pre-dinner drink or nightcap there is no better place to relax than in Spike Bar.

The Mornington Peninsula is renowned for its stunning beaches, fishing bays, national parks and golf courses. You can go horse riding along the famous Gunnamatta beach or swim with the dolphins in Port Phillip Bay. The resort offers seven modern meeting spaces and three boardrooms. Our outdoor Marquee is a state-of-the art facility ideal for gala dinners, award evenings or indoor teambuilding activities.

The resort offers a wide range of on-site private and public dining options suitable for all sized groups. Getting There Only 90 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD and 5 minutes from the heart of Rye, Peppers Moonah Links Resort is ideally located to make the most of the delights of the Mornington Peninsula.

An easy drive down the Mornington Peninsula Freeway, the resort is located off Truemans Road in Fingal, just outside Rye.
Parking There is car parking available both at the main building and outside each guest suite or room. Car parking is not undercover and there is no surcharge involved for this service.
Things To Do Just over an hour drive from Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula has long been a favourite destination for simple seaside holidays but has also become one of Australia's newest and most exciting wine growing regions.

There are more than 50 wineries in the Mornington Peninsula wine region, which over recent years has established an enviable reputation for its pinot noir and chardonnay varieties and accompanying the fine wine is fine food. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from throughout the region as well as an abundance of fresh local produce.

The Mornington Peninsula boasts Victoria’s greatest concentration of golf courses, with over 18, most of which feature a sand base making them playable all year round.

With over 25,000 hectares of National Park in the Peninsula, there are various walking tracks beckoning exploration. The most famous natural attraction in the region is Point Nepean, which up until recently was closed to the public for more than 100 years.

The Mornington Peninsula is surrounded by water offering various aquatic activities including surfing, scuba diving, sailing, diving with dolphins and swimming with seals. Other attractions worth relishing in during a visit to the area include our neighbours at Peninsula Hot Springs, lively markets staged alongside galleries boasting sublime art and the Main st of Sorrento, a favourite weekend brunch location for locals.
