Paroa Hotel’s location is on the main highway just 8km south of Greymouth and we are just minutes away from Shantytown, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the South Island. Set in relaxing garden surroundings we are only a two minute stroll from an unspoiled beach. From the beach, Mount Cook (New Zealand’s highest mountain) can be seen rising out of the sea and our breathtaking sunsets have to be seen to be believed.

Our unique hotel offers a licensed restaurant, with a choice of two bars and an off-license. We also provide superb accommodation in our 11 well-appointed hotel units that are serviced daily.
