Our small motel complex offers you friendly personal service in a relaxing atmosphere. You are ensured a lovely quiet night's sleep, our units are very quiet away from the main road. We are situated in the central "Art Deco" suburb of Marewa, just along the road from Napier's lovely rose gardens, and around the corner from a substantial shopping strip. Sherwood Lodge is just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Napier. Enjoy the restaurants, wineries, have a local tour. We are only too pleased to help with arrangements to get the most out of your time in our lovely city. We are also pet friendly - bring your pets for just a $10.00 extra charge. Our units are refreshingly clean and very spacious. All units are smoke free. Our units have full kitchens and separate bathroom/toilet. Parking is directly outside your ground-floor unit. Breakfasts can be ordered and delivered to your unit at a time to suit. We have Sky (cable) TV, as well as Free-View with local and a variety of international free-to-air channels. |

Our comfortable family unit is your home away from home. It sleeps up to 5 people, with a double and single bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the lounge. Cook up a feast in your full kitchen, enjoy your private courtyard, relax in the large spa. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 7 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
To find us from the centre of Napier city, follow Kennedy Road in a southerly direction. Storkey Street is the third road on the left after you pass the Marewa Shopping Centre. We are just around the corner. |

All our units have free off-street parking at the door. |
| Things To Do |
Walk around the Art Deco suburb of Marewa and visit the lovely Rose Gardens just up the road. Close to wineries, restaurants, Maclean Park, Nelson Park and the Napier Aquatic Centre. Not far from the city centre and Marine Parade attractions. Napier is famous for its Art Deco architecture you can indulge in an "Art Deco Tour" or walk. Many fine wineries surround the district and many have restaurants open for lunch and dinner. Tours can be arranged to suit most requirements. Visit the Gannet colony at Cape Kidnappers, an excellent 1/2 day adventure. There are beaches to visit; enjoy the local museum; learn about the 1931 earthquake; visit The Aquarium of NZ; or just relax, shop and enjoy our fine city and its surrounding area. I know you'll be pleased you came our way. |
