Aspen Manor is a spacious 31 unit motel. Set in a quiet suburban location. You are ASSURED OF A QUIET night's sleep. All units are ground floor with parking directly outside your unit door. Units are serviced daily. There is plenty of space for coaches, boats, etc. A guest barbecue area, All units have Sky Digital TV. Additional facilities include a guest laundry, Internet (ADSL or JetStream), fax, high chair, cot, room service breakfasts and small conference or meeting room. Aspen Manor is less than 200 metres to restaurants and shops, 800 metres to Hamilton Gardens, 1.5km city centre, 3km university, Claudelands Event Centre, easy access onto State Highway 1 (SH1). You can walk 800 metres and experience a cruise and dine on the MV Waipa Delta which has fantastic views and commentary on local landmarks, history and riverbank life. |

| Getting There |
Our location is south side Hamilton, just off State Highway 1(SH1). From the south (Wellington side) follow directions for Hamilton East (well sign posted), which takes you into Grey Street. Coming from the north out of Auckland turn left onto River Road just before you cross the bridge at Ngaruawahia. A pleasant drive along River Road (approx 20km) brings you to Bridge Street where you are forced to turn left. Within 50 metres turn right at lights into Grey Street. Aspen Manor is on your right about 400 metres. |
