Terms and Conditions

By booking the Motel it is accepted that you agree to the Motels Terms and Conditions (please check with us if you are unsure).

We are a "Family Friendly" Motel and are a NON PARTY venue.

The credit card holder must be one of the registered guests. We reserve the right to not accept the booking on checkin if these conditions are not met.(NB A valid credit card number and photo ID is required for all bookings). The booking is non transferrable (this means that the person whose name appears on the booking is the person to stay on the premises and produce the credit card and photo ID). The number of guests originally signed in on arrival are the only ones allowed to stay on the premises and use the Motels facilities.

Visitor policy is as follows: At all times visitors must come to reception before entering the Motel and this is between the hours of 7.30am and 8.30pm. Only paying guests permitted to use the Motels facilities. During peak seasons and busy times, there are restrictions on the number of visitors. Management reserves the right to access or refuse visitors.
For the enjoyment of all guests, noise restrictions do apply after 9.30pm. Excessive noise is not tolerated.

Breach of any of the above terms and conditions may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Checkin is from 2pm.
Checkout is strictly 10am NSW time

For the peacefull enjoyment of all guests staying at our Motel we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
The Byron Sunseeker Motel caters mainly for families and couples and we do not accept groups of singles. If you are in doubt please call before making a booking so you are not turned away at check-in.

Getting There	PLEASE PICK THE KEYS UP FROM RECEPTION BY 7.00PM We are located a short distance from the centre of town. We can arrange shuttle buses from the airports to our door. 50 mins drive from Coolangatta Airport 25 minutes drive from Ballina Airport DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR HOLIDAY DESTINATION Direction from Brisbane to Byron Sunseeker Motel 1. Take the South East Freeway then Pacific Highway following the signs to Byron Bay 2. Turn left off the Highway into Ewingsdale Drive which then turns into Shirley Street. Go over the railway line and turn right at the roundabout into Jonson Street 3. Follow Jonson Street to the next roundabout then turn right into Bangalow Road. 4. Travel for approx. 900mtrs and Byron Sunseeker Motel is on the right hand side. Directions from Sydney to Byron Sunseeker Motel 1. Head north on the Pacific Highway towards Hornsby. Before Hornsby (at Wahroonga) take the F3 Freeway. Travel along the Freeway to the end and then continue along the Pacific Highway to Ballina. 2. At Ballina the Pacific Highway becomes River Street. Turn left off River Street into Kerr Street 3. Turn right at the Lennox Head/Byron Bay By Pass sign at the roundabout at the end of Kerr Street 4. Turn left and the next roundabout and follow this along the Coast past Lennox Head. Follow this until you come to the "Welcome To Byron Bay Sign". The Motel is approx. 1klm on the left-hand side past the Golf Course. DRIVE CAREFULLY AND HAVE A SAFE TRIP
