Chateau Royale Beach Resort holiday apartments are situated across the road from one of the Sunshine Coast's best patrolled beaches in Maroochydore. Our fully self contained family 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are some of the most spacious and well presented on the Sunshine Coast yet close to excellent shopping, restaurants and attractions and away from the crowds and noise. The Resort also features self-contained beach houses, which have their own garage and driveway - perfect for a second car or trailered boat! PLEASE NOTE that from 7th October 2009, the resort will be undergoing building maintenance work comprising window replacement and external painting. The works will be carried out between 08:00 hrs and 17:30 hrs with noisy work limited to between 09:30 hrs to 12:00 hrs Monday to Friday. All our facilities will remain in operation and the beach is as pristine as ever! Reduced tariffs are being offered on Wotif.com during this time. |

For the perfect family escape try our Chateau Royale Beach Houses; self-contained apartments with private parking, roof top terrace and a relaxed multi level format opposite the beach. Bedding configuration is 1 queen & 4 single beds. Rates are for 6 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 7 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Cnr Sixth Avenue & Memorial Avenue Cotton Tree Maroochydore P.O. Box 365 Cotton Tree Qld. 4558 If driving, take the Maroochydore exit off the Bruce Highway and follow Maroochydore Road until you reach Horton Parade/Aerodrome Road and take a right. Follow Aerodrome Road and then take a left into Sixth Avenue. Keep going until Memorial Avenue and take a right (at the bottle shop). Alternatively, we can arrange a shuttle bus to pick you up from either Brisbane Airport or the Sunshine Coast Airport and drop you off at the resort. Call us if you would like us to arrange the shuttle bus for you. |

The apartments have off-street, undercover and secure parking. There is one car space per apartment. The beach houses have their own lock up garage and driveway - perfect for a second car or trailered boat! |

Chateau Royale Beach Resort is the ideal base to experience all the wonderful things the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Popular family entertainment centres such as Underwater World, Australia Zoo, Aussie World and Top Shots are within easy reach. Water activities nearby include kite surfing, kayaking, surfing lessons, jet ski hire, boat hire and fishing. Discover the hinterland villages of Montville and Maleny with their antique and craft shops. If you like markets, the famous Eumundi Markets are a must! On Sunday mornings, you can even visit our very own Cotton Tree Markets. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of alfresco dining and cafes, which are all a short stroll away. Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre is also within easy walking distance. If you're feeling adventurous, take a day trip to Fraser Island or go whale watching at Hervey Bay. |
