The Parkridge Apartments in Sydney offers affordable, comfortable and convenient apartment accommodation.

We operate over 30 one and two bedroom apartments in a residential block, most rated 3.5 star and some 4-4.5star. All of our apartments are individually furnished and self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioning and balconies overlooking city of harbour views to offer hotel suite style accommodation in a residential environment with full independence of private apartment living.

Your tariff includes two services a week. Additional facilities include secure underground car parking ($25 per night/$100 per week), an outdoor swimming pool and sauna.

Location

Our central location is handy to public transport, shops and the airport as well as being adjacent to the beautiful Hyde Park. All of Sydney's major attractions are within walking distance. Public transport is also very accessible with Museum station a 5 minute walk away, and bus stops right outside our front door. Enjoy the cafe society environment on Sydney’s Oxford Street with fantastic restaurants and boutiques galore. Reception is also fully equipped with brochures and maps to assist you with your stay in Sydney.

From the airport we are 25 minutes by taxi, 10 minutes by train and around 45 minutes by shuttle bus.

Smoking is not permitted within the apartments (penalties will apply), however smoking is allowed on some balconies.

For same day bookings: please make sure your booking is made before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on weekends. Bookings made after these times cannot be accepted.

Check In Instructions	Reception hrs are from 7.30am - 5.30pm Mon to Fri, 9-3:00pm on weekends & public holidays. For check ins, he Duty Manager is available in Unit 17 via the intercom situated at the main entrance facing Oxford Street.

Children & Extra Guests	(Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel) Additional guests are charged at $25.00 per night Rates for a 1 bedroom apartment are for 2 people. Maximum of 3 people in a one bedroom apartment. Rates for a 2 bedroom apartment are for 4 people. Maximum of 5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. *All public holidays will attract a surcharge of 30%.
Getting There	From the airport you can catch any of the Airport shuttle services at a cost of approx $10 per person each way. (This is a private service not run by us). If you are arriving from the airport by taxi the cost is approximately $30-35. We are located 3 minutes away from Museum Station if you arrive by train.
Parking	Secure underground car parking is charged at $25 per vehicle per night (OR $100 per week). If you require a car space you will need to check-in first to obtain the security key for access to the carpark. Car parking entrance is at the rear of the building on Liverpool St, approx 70m on the right side from College or Liverpool Street.
Things To Do	We are located on the city end of Oxford Street by Whitlam Square, at the junction of College and Liverpool Streets. Oxford street is well known for its trendy fashion boutiques, restaurants and speciality shops. We are a short 1 minute stroll away from the beautiful Hyde Park and a 10 minute walk to Sydney's Central Business District and main shopping areas. Most major attractions are within walking distance. The famous Bondi and Coogee beaches are only a 15 minutes bus ride from the bus stop located right in front of the building. Circular Quay is also an easy bus ride away (bus stop is located right across the street). The reception desk is happy to provide maps and more information on things to do in Sydney.
