Enjoy the majestic Indian Ocean, right at your back doorstep. Cocos Castaway offers up to date facilities so that you can live in comfort at yesterday's pace. Just imagine sitting on your private verandah taking in the breathtaking sunsets whilst enjoying the balmy tropical Cocos evenings. All accommodation at Cocos Castaway have views from the external verandahs. Both the Deluxe Retreats and the Superior Ocean View Unit have direct views to the Indian Ocean. The Standard Villas and two Superior Units have views to the tropical gardens and / or limited ocean views.

There are just seven rooms in total, accommodating a maximum of twenty one guests. All local amenities including Tropika restaurant, Dory’s Café, supermarket and Cocos Club bar, just two minutes walk from the Cocos Castaway complex.

There is paid broadband internet available for guests who feel the need to keep in touch with the outside world.

Business facilities Mobile phones can be hired on a short term basis from the Community Resource Centre (aka telecentre.) The resource centre can also assist with pre paid internet access for guests to use their personal computers. The Visitor Centre located within the recourse centre building can help you with local attractions and tour bookings.
Check In 1530hrs
Check In Instructions All guests will be met at the airport on day of arrival. Look for the yellow and black Cocos Castaway sign when exiting the terminal. Staff will provide FOC assistance to transfer to Cocos Castaway.
Check Out 0900hrs
Getting There Most guests arrive on Virgin Australia aircraft operating Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays. We will meet all arriving guests and provide free assistance to transfer the short distance to Cocos Castaway. If transferring in from other accommodation please make contact several days prior to check in and we will confirm when your room will be expected to be available.
Parking Undercover car parking available for Cocos Castaway hire vehicles. Free public car parking available nearby for all other vehicles.
