Cape Byron Retreat offers magnificent rural views of the hinterland and mountains from all rooms. Our property features three well appointed styles of accommodation; Cottage, Studios and Lodge. Our Studio rooms open onto a private balcony, our Cottage is fully self-contained and opens out onto a large outdoor living space, hoasting a BBQ and an enclosed yard. Cape Byron Retreat offers the best of both worlds, a private, peaceful and tranquil setting and yet just 3km from the town centre, local restaurants, cafés and our world renowned beaches. Our pool and BBQ facilities are available for our guests. |

Cottage
Our fully self-contained two bedroom cottage consists of one queen bed and 2 single beds. This room features a lounge room, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry and the living room opens out to a large outdoor space, BBQ, yard and great views. Rates are for 4 people. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
To reach Cape Byron Retreat from the north or Brisbane, turn off the highway at Ewingsdale Rd, this will bring you into town. Turn right at first roundabout into Butler St, then take the second right into Burns St. Stay on this road until you pass the Arts Factory with painted murals on the right. This is Skinners Shoot Rd, continue for 3km all the way to the end, the last ½km of this road is gravel. Turn right at our driveway, we are 10m from the very end of the road. If approaching from the south, go through Byron Town Centre, turn left at the roundabout, cross the railway tracks and turn left at the roundabout into Butler St. Follow the directions above to reach us. |

During your stay at Cape Byron Retreat, you can visit Byron Bay's famous beaches and award winning restaurants and cafes. Take advantage of magnificent early morning walks along the beach to the light house and watching the whales and dolphins at play. Enjoy day trips to water falls in the hinterland or rain forest, or the exquisite natural arch and walks surrounding this magnificent area. For the more adventurous guest, we are located close to skydiving, ballooning, kayaking, horse riding, bike riding and surf lessons. |
