IMPORTANT: No check in or out on Christmas Eve or Day or New Years Eve or Day Well located 6 level building with renovated apartments of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms. Security car park under the building with lift access to all floors. We are a two minute walk to the beach & a five minute walk to Cavill Mall the heart of Surfers Paradise. A heated swimming pool is at the rear with a barbeque and outdoor dining seting among large potted palms. Our tour desk can book trips on all popular destinations and attractions and coaches will pick up and return you to our door. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE Our office hours are 0830 to 1700.Mon-Fri 0830-1200 Sat, Sun, Public Holidays Check in outside of these times can be made by arrangement only. If arrival time is not given, a $50.00 opening fee will aply.For your convenience, we can not accept same day bookings after 10.00am. |

| Getting There |
Driving from the south take the Broadbeach turnoff from the Motorway and turn left at Gold Coast highway. Moving into the right hand lane at Enderly Ave. Lights, turn right at traffic lights at Clifford Street and straight across the southbound highway and we are half way down on the left. From the north, follow the Gold Coast highway through Surfers and turn left 4 streets past Cavill Avenue into Clifford Street. Flying into Brisbane or Gold Coast Airports, we can arrange coach transfers, or train connections. Contact us direct for further info on these arrangements. |

1 vehicle per apartment is available in security parking under the building. More than one vehicle, the second would have to park on the street. |
| Things To Do |
Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet 'n' Wild are a 20-25 minute drive, Sea World is a 5 minute drive up the Esplanade. There are so many places to eat, you can try a different cuisine every day and all within an easy walk. The famous Jupiters Casino is a 5 minute drive, across the road from Pacific Fair, a shop-aholics dream. The Wax Works featuring all the famous and infamous folk of the past and present is also within an easy walk. The Green behind the Gold is Tamborine Mountains. Craft shops, more restaurants, wonderful views and bush walks are some of the attractions only 40 minutes drive away. Full or half day fishing trips off the Seaway or inside on the always calm magnificent Broadwater. Pick up and return to the wharf can be arranged f.o.c. Balloon Flights over the hinterland are a must with views from the Mountains to the sea, in the serene morning air, and a hearty breakfast at the end of the flight. |
