The Santa Maria Novella Conference Centre, in the Waldorf Suite, adds value to the hotel and makes it a perfect venue for business stays, right in the heart of Florence. The main room can host up to 200 delegates, can be used in a flexible way and can be divided into separate sections. Each section is soundproof, fully equipped and receives natural daylight. All rooms have been equipped with state of the art audio and visual technology, controlled remotely from a dedicated area. With a total of 300 m² of exhibition and conference halls, the centre is suitable for conferences, new products launching, exhibitions and banquets. As of 01st July 2011, the Florence city council has applied a city tax equal to 4.00 eur per person per night to be paid directly to the hotel. Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax will not be applied beyond the 10th night stay. |

The Style Florence and conference centre are ideally located; their location allows both tourists and businessmen to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay under the Tuscan sun. The Waldorf Suite is only a short distance away from the city shopping area, from the exhibition centre "Fortezza da Basso" and from the main monuments and amenities. The Waldorf Suite can be easily reached by taxi or bus from Firenze Peretola airport (A. Vespucci, FLR). Buses to Santa Maria Novella railway station leave the airport every 30 minutes. A train running every hour connects Pisa airport "Galileo Galilei" to Santa Maria Novella railway station. By car: After taking the Florence North exit on the motorway, follow the signs to the city centre and to Santa Maria Novella railway station. Once you get to Piazzale di Porta al Prato, take the first exit and turn onto Viale Fratelli Rosselli. Turn right in Via Jacopo da Diacceto, and go straight on until you get to the square opposite to the railway station, where the Waldorf Suite hotel is located.
