HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL BY CAR From the South: - Follow the signposts for “Barcelona / Centre Ciutat / Diagonal”. You will enter the city at the beginning of Avinguda Diagonal. - Follow this avenue, keeping to the central lanes, until you reach the point where the road crosses Paseig de Gracia (plaza Joan Carles I, about 4.7Km from the start of Diagonal or 12 minutes driving in normal traffic) - Upon reaching the crossroads you have to do a U turn and go back up Diagonal by the side lane for 200m and enter into Via Augusta, which is the third street on the right. The hotel is number 5, immediately in front of you. From the North: - Follow the signposts to enter Barcelona by “Ronda de Dalt / Trinital Vella”. Once on the Ronda take Exit 6 (Balmes / Sant Gervasi) and head towards Balmes. - Follow Balmes Street towards in the direction of the sea. After about 2.5Km you will arrive at a crossing with Travessera de Gracia, before crossing Avenida Diagonal. - Turn to the left on Travessera de Gracia and continue to the corssing with Via Augusta, which is the second street on the right. The hotel is number 5, about 300 metres down the street just before it joins Avenida Diagonal. HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT By car: follow C32 towards Barcelona and take the exit "Barcelona/Centre Ciutat" which leads to Avinguda Diagonal. The hotel is located in Av. Diagonal and Via Augusta crossroad. By train: take RENFE line 10 named Aeroport-Barcelona-Estació de França until Sants Station. Change to line 3 of the underground and head to Diagonal stop. The tube is five minutes walking from the hotel. By bus: AEROBUS: Trip Time: 20 - 30 minutes to Plaça de Catalunya. From Plaça Catalunya, get the tub, green line (L3) and head to Diagonal stop. Visit many of Barcelona's biggest attractions on foot from the Balmoral, including Plaça de Catalunya and the famous Las Ramblas.
