In a few minutes it is possible to reach the Giardini of Biennale, where the Biennale of Art and Architecture takes place, the Lido island’s beaches or the monumental area of Venice, San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. At the same time, walking around the narrow Calli of Castello, it will be possible to taste the real Venetian life, from the daily market shopping to the children playing in the small campos up to the evening spritz with the typical “cicchetti” of meat and fish. The apartment, bright and welcoming, is composed of a wide living room with dining area, a living-in fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and another room that could be use like a sitting area or like a bedroom thanks to the double sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The wooden floors and the ceiling beams, with simple but functional furniture, make this apartment a charming place to go back after a long touring day. Independent heating, TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher are provided. |

The apartment, bright and welcoming, is composed by a wide living room with dining area, a living-in fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and another single bedroom that could become a triple thanks to the double sofa bed. | Parking |
The only places to park the car in Venice is Piazzale Roma car park or Tronchetto car park. A cheapest solution is to park the car in Mestre, where it is possible to find good parking areas in front of the train station and then to take the bus or the train to Venice (about 10 minutes trip). |

Sestiere Castello, few steps from Via Garibaldi and from Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes walking from St. Mark’s square. Located in a small and quiet calle, a perfect apartment for those who want to be close at the main tourist areas, but also have the convenience to be close to shops and restaurants or to enjoy an aperitif sitting in one of the nice coffees of the area. |
