Birdsville Caravan Park boasts three ensuite cabins and nine rooms utilising shared bathroom facilities. There are approximately 40 powered sites and as we are located on 30 acres, there are also numerous tent sites. We have a very clean and well maintained laundry and amenities block. Barbeques are scattered throughout the park to ensure no-one goes hungry!! The office has an internet cafe and sells cold drinks and a few food items. |

This cabin consists of one queen size bed. Featuring a separate shower and toilet, full cooking facilities, TV and air conditioning. Rates are for 2 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
Birdsville is located 1600 kilometres west of Brisbane and around 1100 kilometres north of Adelaide. Birdsville is serviced twice weekly by flights from Brisbane and Mount Isa and once weekly from South Australia. The Airport is only a few minutes walk away. |
| Parking |
One car park per site is available. Car spaces are also available outside each cabin and room. Parking is free of charge. |
| Things To Do |
Take a Big Red Sunset Tour. Come with us out to the amazingly beautiful sand dune, Big Red. Sunsets can be spectacular and with the rising full moon, it has to be seen to be believed. Visit the famous Birdsville Hotel, Working Museum and the Wirrarri Information Centre. Visit the Birdsville Race Track where once a year it comes alive with 1000's of visitors. Enjoy kayaking on our Billabong, and see all the bird life. Birdsville is an iconic tourist destination, with most visitors making a pilgrimage to the front bar of the famous Birdsville Hotel in pursuit of an ice cold beer and/or taking on the challenging Simpson Desert crossing. |
