The Corte del Gelsomino is a new and charming apartment, with modern interiors, located on the ground floor of a building situated just a few steps from the picturesque street Via Garibaldi, its shops, supermarket and daily markets, and from the Giardini, where the Venice Arts Festival and the Biennale take place.
St Mark’s Square is just 15 minutes walking distance, whereas in a few minutes it is possible to reach Lido Island’s beaches.

The entrance of the apartment is directly on the exclusive courtyard, which is furnished with a table for 6 people. There you can enjoy an “aperitivo" after a long busy day in Venice.

Bright and functional, the apartment features a living room with double sofabed; a modern white kitchenette (4 gas hobs, microwave oven, a large fridge, washing machine); two bedrooms, one double which can be split into twins, and a single with a pull-out bed; a bathroom with shower.

Getting There	From train station/ Coach station (Piazzale Roma: Vaporetto boat line 1, 41 or 51, stop Giardini della Biennale. From Marco Polo airport: Bus shuttle to Venice Piazzale Roma and then Vaporetto boat line 1, 41 or 51, stop Giardini della Biennale. From Treviso airport: Bus shuttle to Venice Piazzale Roma and then Vaporetto boat line 1, 41 or 51, stop Giardini della Biennale.
Parking	The only places to park the car in Venice is Piazzale Roma car park or Tronchetto car park. A cheaper solution is to park the car in Mestre, where it is possible to find good parking areas in front of the train station and then to take the bus or the train to Venice (about 10 minutes trip).
Things To Do	Sestiere Castello, few steps from Via Garibaldi and from Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes walking from St. Mark’s square. Located in a small and quiet calle, a perfect apartment for those who want to be close at the main tourist areas, but also have the convenience to be close to shops and restaurants or to enjoy an "aperitivo" sitting in the courtyard.
