Seasons Botanic Gardens, formerly Somerset Botanic Gardens St Kilda Road, is a boutique style serviced apartment hotel offering a choice of spacious open-plan studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments... much more than just a room, while pampering guests with an outstanding degree of attentive, personal service. Situated on tree-lined St Kilda Road, Seasons Botanic Gardens overlooks Melbourne's picturesque Royal Botanic Gardens. Only minutes from the heart of Melbourne and cosmopolitan South Yarra. The restaurant Citro, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with the exception of Saturday and Sunday, when it closes at midday, and Public Holidays when it is closed all day. This hotel is a NON SMOKING premises. Strict penalties apply if guests smoke in the guest rooms. A $400 fee will be incurred upon departure if there are traces of cigarette smoke in the guests room and the balcony. |

Seasons Botanic Gardens is located at 348 St Kilda Road, opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens, between Park and Dorcas streets. The property is easily accessible by tram from a variety of destinations including the CBD - take any tram that travels down St Kilda Road. |
| Parking |
Seasons Botanic Gardens offers under cover car parking at $20 per day self park or valet park at $25 per day. This is a limited service and must be advised upon booking. Car park facilities will not be available for guests on the evenings of the 30th Dec, 31st Dec & 1st Jan. |
