THE APARTMENT: The Retreat at The Spanish Steps is an 80m2 apartment that consists of two spacious bedrooms (sleeps max. 5 people), a marble coloured bathroom with bathtub, a beautifully decorated living room which opens onto your own private balcony and terrace. Of course a fully equipped kitchen to enable you to prepare your own Italian meals at home. LOCATION: The Retreat Apartment at the Spanish Steps is one of a group of 4 apartments at the same unbeatable location, right next to the most central two streets of the city centre: Via del Corso and Via del Babuino. Due to its superb location, you can walk to all tourist sites in the historical centre without any effort and come back to put your feet up for a rest any time you like. RATING: The apartment has been newly renovated in August 2009 and would probably rate a three star superior. Great attention has been paid to detail and a maintenance team is always at hand to fix any breakages quickly. RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS: Apartment The Retreat at the Spanish Steps is situated in the very heart and commercial centre of Rome. You will find a very vast choice of restaurants, shops, banks, bars etc. **PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A FINAL CLEANING FEE OF 49.00 EURO TO PAY AT THE ARRIVAL.** |

| Getting There |
There are several ways of reaching the apartment. The most straightforward way is to take the underground: take Line A to "Spagna". (Three stops from the Termini Station). Exit and "Spagna" and enter Via del Babuino on your right. Walk towards Piazza del Popolo, at the end of Via del Babuino, and two streets before Piazza del Popolo you will find Via Laurina on your left. We will be waiting for you on the doorstep of nr. 25. |
| Parking |
There is car parking available on the street, nearby the apartment, and there is a choice of three underground car-parks at approximately 10-15 minute walk. It is not possible to leave your car in the direct vicinity of the apartment, as the historical centre of Rome is protected and closed off for traffic. |

There is no limit to things to do as you are in the heart of the historical centre of Rome.
