Direct route from the Ferihegy airport: 20 km, Airport Minibus Service (running-time: 25 min.) From the Déli pályaudvar and Keleti pályaudvar (South and East railway stations): Take metro 2 as far as Blaha Lujza tér (square). From Nyugati pályaudvar (West railway station) tram 4, 6 (8 min.) By car: From Vienna, and lake Balaton on the motorway M1, M7 through the Erzsébet híd (bridge), to the direction of city centre as far as Blaha Lujza tér (square). Local public transport: Trams 4, 6, 28, 37, 37A, 62. Buses 5, 7, 7E, 99, 173, 178, 178A, 217E, night buses 906, 907, 972. Metro red line nr. 2. Stops are a short walk distance from the hotel. |

A 6-floor secure parking lot is linked directly to the hotel. Entrance from Csokonai utca (street), it is run by WiPark. Once you have parked your vehicle no need to go back out to the street. There is direct access to the hotel indoors. Fee is HUF 5280 (ca. EUR 20) per car by day and can be paid at the reception desk of the hotel. |

The hotel is ideally situated for so many cultural attractions. The Dohány Street Synagogue, the Hungarian National Museum, the Museum of Applied Arts, the Heroes’ Square with the Museum of Fine Arts and the Hall of Art are in the neighbourhood. Attend a concert or an exhibition at the Palace of Arts or if you prefer opera, go to the Hungarian State Opera House. For shopping, Váci utca, one of the main pedestrian thoroughfares and perhaps the most famous street of central Budapest is only a five minute bus ride. Here you can find not only a wide variety of well-known chain stores, and a numerous antique shops but it features a large number of restaurants and fashion outlets catering primarily to the tourist market. Shopping malls within easy reach: WestEnd City Center - 4 stops by tram 4 or 6, Aréna Plaza, the biggest shopping mall in Central Europe - 3 stops by bus 178, Árkád - 4 stops by metro 2. |
