The elegance of the facade is repeated inside with the checkerboard floor, and high ceilings and windows. Here, you will also find the renovated restaurant, a lovely space to enjoy the adventurous cooking inspired by traditional dishes of the region. The large and luminous bedrooms (36 rooms) are decorated in a blue-and-white theme. Many rooms have a balcony which looks over Ronda's streets. The hotel Polo also has apartment accommodation for those who desire more independence during their stay. Relax in the Polo's spacious lounge with attractive marble and classic furniture. Famed for having the oldest bull ring in Spain, you will notice lots of tradition and history as you stroll the charming streets. Visit the impressive Tajo Gorge and enjoy a long walk in the Serrania de Ronda mountain range. You can sample tradition in the many artisan shops and admire craftsmen who use historic methods of olive oil and cheese production. Walk among the chestnut trees and discover the Pileta Cave which features ancient cave paintings. |
