It offers a cosy and stylish environment at the same time, ideal for a weekend or a romantic stay. Situated between Ponte di Rialto bridge and Santa Lucia railway station, the B&B is conveniently located near a water-bus stop and it is in a peaceful area within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The B&B is provided with nine sleeping beds in double, triple and quadruple bedrooms, very comfortable for family use too, all with windows and furnished according to Venetian style. All rooms are provided with satellite television, heating, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy service. The breakfast, typically continental, will be brought to your room or served in the breakfast area in the ground floor. |

Situated between Rialto bridge and Santa Lucia railway station, the B&B is conveniently located near a water-bus stop and it is in a peaceful area within easy walking distance of all the main sights. It is situated few minutes from Santa Lucia railway station, from the bus terminal, from the main squares, museums and galleries, all just a short stroll away. Directions: > By train: take the water-bus line 1 from Santa Lucia train station toward San Marco and you get off at the first stop Riva De Biasio, then turn left immediately and you follow the instructions of the map. > By airplane: take the bus ACTV n.15 in the direction of Venice from the airport. Arrived to Piazzale Roma, you take the water-bus line 1 toward San Marco and you get off at the second stop Riva De Biasio, turn left immediately and you follow the instructions of the map. > By car: you can stop the car in a parking of Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto parking and you take the water-bus, or, if you want to save money, you can stop the car in the parking near the station of Mestre and then taking the train or the bus in the direction of Venice. |

If you arrive with the car you can park it in a parking of Piazzale Roma. We advise to park your car or in San Marco parking or in the council parking. |
| Things To Do |
Don’t just stick to the tried, true and obvious. Sure, the Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Gallerie dell’Accademia are all important. But ‘lesser’ sights like Ca’ Rezzonico, Ca’ Pesaro, the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute and Arsenale all give special insight into the city. |
