Welcome to the Bay Adventurer, the newest quality backpackers hostel and lodge in the Bay of Islands. Paihia's only backpackers resort, hostel and apartments in one complex. We are more than just a hostel - with our extensive range of facilities we are a true Backpackers Resort. We specialise in providing: •Great value accommodation for backpackers, independent travellers, couples, families, small and large groups •A range of accommodation options: dorms, private rooms, fully self-contained studio rooms and apartments •Excellent guest facilities: swimming pool, outdoor spa pool, internet/email room, large BBQ area, tennis, free bikes, free kayak, 42 inch flat screen TV in communal lounge, wireless internet, Skype internet calling more ... | Getting There |
Arriving form Auckland by road, take the first left after arriving onto the sea front in the village. Fly to Bay of Islands/Kerikeri airport, shuttles meet every plane. Many bus companies travel to Paihia from Auckland; Northliner, Intercity, Great Sights, Magic Bus, Stray, Xplore, to name a few. We have a very good relationship with Magic busses. |

Enjoy this ultimate marine adventure and get up close and personal with this amazing creatures of the seahistory of the area and experience stunning views of the Bay from the beach which is just 100m from our gate. Dolphins are often seen playing and feeding just a feww meters from the shore, if you are lucky! Let us book your trips and tours when you arrive; we will advise of the best and the most rewarding; dolphins watching and swimming; sailing, and Dune riding upto Cape Reinga- the Northern most tip of NZ is an absolute must. |
