Located only ten minutes drive from the City Centre with five very popular cafes & restaurants close by, St Clair Beach is certainly a favourite destination for visitors to the region. The property offers seafront 1 bedroom units right on the Esplanade and some heritage character apartments in the inner courtyard. Privately owned and operated our Guests well being and comfort is our priority. You will enjoy the excellent beach walking tracks, hot salt water pool (seasonal) and the relaxing atmosphere. For those who crave ocean views a stay at the Esplanade Motel is a must! |

Enjoy a quiet and relaxing night in a spacious, character unit. 1 King or Queen in main bedroom. 2nd bedroom has bunks or single beds. Sofa bed in lounge. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Check in is as 14 Esplanade. Office hours are 8am to 8pm daily. Prior arrangements required for after hours check in. Same day bookings must be made by 3pm on the day. |

| Getting There |
Northern access: As you come into Dunedin travel along the one way system going South on Cumberland St. Dunedin Railway Station will come up on your left. Keep in the left hand lane. Go under the overhead bridge onto Andersons Bay Rd. At the 3rd set of lights turn right at the McDonald's Restaurant into Macandrew Rd. Go to the Tee intersection at the end. Turn left into Forbury Rd and stay on it until you hit the beach. Turn right onto the Esplanade. Our entrance is 50m. Southern Access: Come down the big hill into Dunedin and turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights. Cross over the railway line and through Caversham shopping centre. Turn right at the Lotto shop into David St. At the round-a-bout go straight through onto Forbury Rd. Stay on Forbury Rd until you hit the beach. Turn right onto Esplanade. Our entrance 50m. |
