Full underfloor heating throughout apartment. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and dining room, with seating for 6. Flows onto full lounge with TV (Sky) DVD, Radio/CD player, pull out couch onto private court yard or balcony on upper levels. Bathroom has shower only, vanity and full accessories. Washing machine and dryer in each unit. The units all have mountain views and some over the golf course which is just 2 minutes walk. Apartments are ground, 1st floor and 4 units on the 2nd level. Free carparking per unit, with a ski locker with each carpark. Puzzling World is 5 minutes walk from your front door and the lake is 10 minutes. Both Cardroona and Treble Cone are 30km from door to door. Mt Iron is next door, with other walks 20 minutes by car. Spa and Sauna indoors open all day for individual enjoyment. |
