Fair House Villas & Spa a 4 star resort located on the Maenam Beach on the northern shores of the tropical island of Koh Samui. The resort opened in January 2006 with a total of 72 modern Thai Villas and Chalet style rooms. All with individual terrace and balcony. The resort has a secluded private beach adjacent to the 2 KM long Maenam Beach. Our Villas/rooms all have split unit air-condition, IDD telephone, satellite 29" flat screen TV, electronic locking system, mini bar with complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, electronic in-room safe, hairdryer, separate shower and bathtub, bathrobes, slippers, hot and cold water. Daily maid service and room service upon request. Room Types Deluxe Balcony There are 6 Deluxe Balcony rooms (each is 62 sq. m.) in Thai Contemporary style located on the hillside designed for maximum comfort, consists of private balcony, one bedroom, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower room and complete in-room facilities. Garden Villa 30 Modern Thai style villas (each is 48 sq. m.) equipped with modern infrastructure, consist of comfortably large bathroom with full length bathtub separate shower room, hot and cold water and full bath amenities setup, settle in a amidst of tropical garden. Seafacing Villa All 4 Seafacing Villas (each is 62 sq. m.) feature solid wood furniture reflecting modern Thai design influences. Full equipped with color television with remote control, private bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, personal safe, mini bar, air conditioning with individual control and private balcony. Sunset Suite Dip into the outdoor Jacuzzi and Indulge with a magnificent sunset. Our 16 Sunset Suites (each is 62 sq. m.) with panoramic sea view located on the hilltop overlooking a beautiful Gulf of Siam. Consist of a cozy and comfortable bedroom, separate bathtub and shower, full bath amenities and modern facilities. Fair House Jacuzzi Villa 5 units of Fair House Jacuzzi Villa (each is 95 sq. m.) girdle round with green scenery and beautiful courtyard. All rooms connect to the Fair House Pool Villa. Consist of one beautiful bedroom full furnished with CD & DVD player with sound system, coffee & tea facilities, en-suite bathroom and other full amenities setup. All rooms have a private balcony, outdoor Sala and private jacuzzi amongst a gorgeous garden. Fair House Pool Villa There are 5 units of Fair House Pool Villa (each is 95 sq. m.). The unique villa located next to a Jacuzzi Villa suitable for honeymoon couple or family. The room has one luxurious bedroom, en-suite bathroom with modern facilities and full amenities setup. All rooms have a private balcony, outdoor Sala and private pool with Jacuzzi. Fair House Beachfront Villa All the 6 units of Fair House Beachfront Villa (each is 122 sq. m.) have their own romantic outdoor Sala surrounding with beautiful garden, private pool and balcony as well as easy access to the beach. Each room features one living room, one bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms, high-speed broadband internet access, DVD/ VCD player to enjoy on the LCD TV. Guest Services Internet, fax and phone service, baby sitting, medical doctor on call, tour/travel desk with car and motorcycle rental, currency exchange, concierge, laundry and dry cleaning, florist, shoes shine service, car transfer, complimentary scheduled shuttle bus service, baby cots available and outdoor swimming pool. Entertainment Live Music in the Bre-Eze most evening of the week between 1900 to 2200 hrs various theme nights are promoted in the resort. Hotel Facilities The Bre-Eze Thai pavilion restaurant at the beachfront, serving buffet breakfast, light snacks, lunch and dinner. The menu consists of both Thai and international cuisine. Drive 2 kilometers from the Arrival Terminal until you reach the Big Buddha Pier junction. Then turn left and keep going for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the Bophut junction traffic light (ring road). Turn right and drive along for 3 kilometers until you find a signboard and turn right into the small road. (You will find the road next to the local school, Theeparat School). Drive along for 500 meters and you will arrive at Fair House Villas & Spa on your left. |
