The recently updated Metropolitan Hotel provides 'classic pub style' accommodation. Single, twin, double and multi-bed rooms are available in a warm and friendly atmosphere. All rooms are shared bathroom facilities. The Hotel is a heritage listed building and provides a wonderful example of late 19th century architecture. You are welcome to enjoy the warm and inviting Theatre Bar with an open fire. For your entertainment the hotel provides 25 gaming machines, live music, Dj's and great pub food. Meals are available 7 days a week with lunch served from 12.00pm until 2.30pm and dinner from 6.00pm until 8.30pm. From Thursday to Sunday evenings entertainment is provided which includes local and interstate bands, Dj's or cabaret and comedy shows during the many annual festivals held in Adelaide. |

The Metropolitan Hotel is located in the geographical centre of Adelaide across the street from the Central Markets and 200 metres from Victoria Square. From the airport a quick 20 minute bus ride or a $15.00 taxi fare will see you at our front door. The Central Bus Station is only 200 metres down Grote St. The Adelaide Train Station is 1km. |
