The farm completely restored and used as "Agriturismo" consists of a Main Villa, four farmhouses and two other villas divided in accommodation for a total of 3 apartments and 32 rooms divided between double standard, superior double rooms, suites, junior suites and superior suites. Ended the recent restructuring the Farm Montelucci currently has the following types of rooms: Superior Double Rooms: double rooms equipped with private bathroom, TV and telephone. In some cases the rooms are arranged in groups that share spacious lounges from banquet. These are situated in the Villa Centrale, in the Casale di Sopra and in the Casale di Sotto. Suites: double rooms equipped with private bathroom, TV and telephone and a private private living, with double sofa bed. may accommodate up to 4 persons. They are situated in the Villa Centrale, in the Casale di Sopra and in the Casa del Guardia. Superior Suite "Gardenie": room on two levels. On the ground floor: living room with private sofas and tv; on the upper floor: two double bedrooms each equipped with its telephone; Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. It is located the Villa Centrale. Superior Suites "Pesco": Rooms on two levels. On the ground floor: living room with private sofas and TV, a bed-sofa; on the upper floor: a double room equipped with its telephone; bathroom with shower. They are located in the Dependance Pesco. The Farm also has its own restaurant "La Locanda di Montelucci" where you can taste typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition prepared with our products: pasta egg and bread hand made, biological Oil and our wine Chianti, the vegetables and fruits of our vegetable gardens, salami of Cinta Senese pigs IGP and of course a good Fiorentina. The place is the result of wise restructuring of an ancient oil mill, which still preserves its original Millstone. Often we organize evenings with a menu in theme and to tastings to offer a taste of authentic gastronomic delights, accompanied by wines carefully selected. You can taste every dish to accompany a bottle of wine choice from the rich wines in our wine cellar. |

Business FacilitiesAbove the restaurant is a large function room which can be used exclusively for corporate activities till 150 people. For smaller, more personal training days or corporate meetings, a private room in the main manor house is a relaxed but intimate venue.Wi-Fi internet connection is available in the function room. The management at Montelucci will discuss the requirements of your business with you, ensure that all facilities required are at your disposal and create an environment as befits your corporate requirements. All-inclusive prices are available. Fattoria Montelucci is an agriturism, but also a big farm, which produces the exquisite products of Italy: biological farming, oil and wine production, cattle farm of chianina's cow and cattle farm of cinta senese pigs. Fattoria Montelucci is dedicated to growing fruit and vegetables and rearing animals without chemicals or unnatural products. This ensures that the meats we use in the restaurant are tasty, tender and healthy and the vegetables full of vitamins.The Fattoria also has its own restaurant, La Locanda di Montelucci, where you can taste typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition prepared with the establishment’s own organic products: egg-made pasta, handmade bread, extra-virgin olive oil and Chianti wine, vegetables and fruits from the orchards, salami of certified Cinta Senese pigs and of course a good certified Fiorentina steak from the herds of the Fattoria’s certified Chianina cows. The setting is the result of the careful restructuring of an ancient oil mill, which still preserves its original millstone. Don’t miss the special evenings with theme menus offering a taste of authentic gastronomic delights, accompanied by carefully selected wines. In summer season lunch is served in the shade of a pergola near the pool or, for special occasions or for groups, in a typical pick-nick arrangement on the garden. |

HOW TO REACH MONTELUCCI COMING FROM THE A1 HIGHWAY FROM NORD Leave the A1 (Firenze-Roma) at the Valdarno exit. After the toll, turn right at the roundabout, following signs to Montevarchi. As the road bears right, continue straight on towards Montevarchi (SR69). A few metres later there is a yellow ‘Api’ garage on the left, take the immediate left fork here towards Levane (SP11). Then take the right at the end. Follow this road (SP11), alongside and under the A1, until it brings you to the village of Levane. Take a left at the traffic lights towards Arezzo (SR69). After approx. 8-10 km you will enter the small village of Poggio Bagnoli, where you take a right towards Pergine Valdarno From Pergine Valdarno simply follow the yellow signs to Fattoria Montelucci. The last 3 km to the Fattoria are along a winding dirt track. HOW TO REACH MONTELUCCI COMING FROM THE A1 HIGHWAY FROM SOUTH The exit from the A1 Highway coming from south (Rome) is Arezzo. At the roundabout right out of the highway, take right following the direction towards Civitella in Valdichiana. Drive through the little village of Viciomaggio and its industrial area and follow the main road, always following the indications towards Civitella in val di Chiana. Once you’ll reach the industrial area of Badia al Pino, you’ll reach almost imediately another roundabout, where you have to take your right, still following the indications for Civitella in val di Chiana. Follow the road for about 6 km climbing up the hill. Almost at the top, you’ll find a gas station on your right, and, once you get to the hilltop, you’ll find an intersection. Take your right towards the clearly indicated direction “Fattoria Montelucci”. Follow the yellow indications “Fattoria Montelucci” or the white ones with the indication , Via Montelucci. The road, after a while, become a white one and the distance to cover is about 7 km. |

On the estate there is a sparkling blue swimming pool for guests to lie next to in the sunshine and appreciate the uninterrupted view, as well as large areas of grass and trees, furnished with benches and umbrellas to relax and unwind with a book or lose themselves in their imagination. With over 500hectares (1400acres) of land, walks in the woodlands and through meadows are food for the soul. Take a short or long walk to breath in the fresh air, see our farm animals, meander through the vines and olive trees, see parts of the ancient Roman road ‘Via Cassia’ and rest awhile beside our beautiful fresh spring-water lake, known as Quercetello. For guests who enjoy a little more energetic exercise, take one of our mountain bikes for a ride down the quiet dirt tracks and build up an appetite for wonderful Tuscan food that is so enjoyable here. Fattoria Montelucci also offers the opportunity to take guests on a driven guided tour of the farm. These normally last around an hour and give our guests a personal, friendly ride around the estate. Larger groups can be taken on a tour on foot, which may last little longer. Situated on the Chianti border in the heart of Tuscany, Montelucci is only a short distance from many historical and cultural towns and cities: Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano and Montalcino to name but a few. Whether our guests have hired cars, need taxi’s ordering or want a day sightseeing, our staff are happy to make recommendations of places to visit and even organise private transport and tour guides. In conjunction with this, Designer Outlet Shopping is often a popular pastime with our guests. Two main outlets are nearby, Prada only 25 mins away and The Mall around 45mins. Fattoria Montelucci has information at hand to explain to the exact locations and arrange transportation if necessary. In front of the restaurant is our own small ‘Enoteca’ style bar area. Here there is a vast array of wines where guests can sit and enjoy a glass of prosecco and some olives before dinner or ask for a ‘degustazione’ of a variety of traditional Tuscan Chianti or a mix of some of the best regional wines Italy has to offer. Should guests require any further relaxation, Montelucci has a masseur available. Whether an anti-stress, shiatsu or sports massage is required, the feeling afterwards is wonderful. A more focused sport available at Montelucci is Game Shooting. The estate is a private game park, which allows hunters to shoot by invitation. With an abundance of wild boar, deer, hare and pheasant, September – December is a season rich in the sport. Guests interested should discuss requirements and insurance with Montelucci management. From 1995, the Farm Montelucci hosts many business groups, thanks to the beauty of the location, for calm and tranquillity and for the services offered that make congress possible at 360°. Relevant is the Conference room equipped in order to accommodate 150 persons, both as regards the meeting, both for other types of events such as weddings, communions, birthdays. Magnificent and perfect is the Park of the Countess, Italian garden cured in detail, ideal for organizing buffet and ceremonies under a pergola of rare beauty.
